For Colleges & Universities

The UW BHSS Clinical Training Program invites Washington State colleges and universities to read our Implementation Guide. This free, web-based open education resource provides guidance to colleges and universities interested in adopting the program. As a Webbook, this Implementation Guide is fully functional on all modern web browsers and operating systems. We do not recommend viewing the Webbook on Internet Explorer or other legacy browsers as we cannot guarantee full functionality.

Conducting a gap analysis will help you identify to what degree your existing program aligns with the BHSS competencies. The resources for this self-study can be found below. Please contact bhsswa@uw.edu with any questions related to the guide. The project team looks forward to connecting with you!

This tool assists you in beginning to self-assess your broad understanding of what changes your program may expect to make if you decide to implement a BHSS curriculum.

This tool will help you to self-assess your program on a detailed level. You will list each relevant course in your current curriculum and consider, for each BHSS competency, to what degree learning is sequenced within your courses. This step is intended to aid your program in planning for a BHSS curriculum implementation.

To access the Detailed Gap Analysis Tool, please complete this registration form. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing these resources. If you have problems registering, please contact the BHSS Project Team for assistance at bhsswa@uw.edu
